Full Coaching

To start our coaching journey I will send you a brief questionnaire for you to complete
so I can find out a bit more about you and your running history. Then we will arrange
our first phone call to discuss how best to move forward with a plan that will suit you
and your current goals.
This will include:

  • A weekly coaching programme that is personalised and adapted to fit your
    lifestyle.
  • Communication with me via whatsapp ( I love a voice note!)
  • A scheduled Video call fortnightly to check in.
  • Fuelling, Gear and preparation advice.
  • Race Strategy Consulting.
  • Mental Training, Injury Prevention, Recovery Guidance.
  • Regular Feedback.
