Bespoke One off Marathon Plan

This will include a 12-16 week plan leading up to you target marathon. It will include
three phone calls in total. One at the beginning to discuss your goals and current
fitness levels / experience level of running, One in the middle of your training block to
assess how the training is going, discuss and feedback observations so far, and the
last phone call after the marathon to debrief !
